★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's good society lot of shops there which makes it so live for any thing you want you have lot of shops inside ..like vegetable..food.. Grosseries...dresses...books..etc..there is big temple where you can do worship its really good temple with radhe-krishna ,Mata Rani, Ram Hanuman ji ,sitaji,Sai ram,Shiv ji ,Ganesh ki idol
the construction is not up to the mark there but people are friendly..you can buy a flat at 18-24 lac 2 bhk and rent at 4-7 thousand...overall it's having highest occupancy in 5 km range place...

4. Lift -Mostly out of service
5. Cleaning Zero
6. Land- central park occupied government land which is future sector road.
9. Staff behaviour - satisfactory
10.Maintenance team- Kisi kaam ka nahi
11.Electricity Power Backup - Every time fail.
13.Mostly bachlors are residing in the society.
14. Rent ₹3000 including maintenance.
15. Major issue- All flats are crack means there is a gape between piller and wall.
16.Seapage/Selan issue in all the tower.
17. Distance from main highway NH-8 to tapukara is approx 15KM but you cant reach within 30 min. because roads are very dangerous and more than 50 breakers are over thier.
18. You have to paid two toll tax Rs. 250 Approx
19. Neither proper health facilities nor proper market.
You have to visit Gurgaon for best quality product.
20. Society ke under koi boundry wall nahi hai
