Connectivity is awesome. Its in middle of KP, Maggarpatta and Kharadi. Station and Airport within 10km.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends live in one of the houses here. The house is built with good planning, but the water supply is not reliable. I have seen people struggle to get water here. Some of them have to book water tankers who take ₹500-₹1000 for water tank refills. The roads are not sufficiently broad for the people from two directly opposite houses to park vehicles (4 wheeler) outside as there will be space for only one more four wheeler to move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely spaced duplex houses with useful backyard. Plenty of sunshine for different use even with privacy. More importantly very safe to prevent spread of covid 19 infection at present days.
Only drawback is garage space not enough to accommodate modern mid sized cars and underground water storage tank is not enough to cater a family of 4-5.
