★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not only seepage issue here but also people in management committee rule on residents. Coz this is a big society with so much crowd - People do not speak and support any other residents if they face any issue from the association or PPMS. Everyone wants to stay in their nutshell. It’s Gundaraj here. So beware!!

PRESTIGE is one of the leading construction organisation in Electronics city of india, Bangalore. Prestige Sunrise park is situated in electronic city, phase 1 . It's newly built apartment socity. It has a amphitheatre, Olympic size swimming pool, huge kids play area, proper walking path for joggers . Separate Tennis courts for both Norwood and birchwood.
Now in general for prestige company,I have seen their buildings and apartments designs. Really they are very attractive and heart touching structures.They always recommened a unique architecture. If u see the building design from inside, u get shocked. they have also best interior designers.Most of the building in bangalore are planned and build by this organisation.It also make some nice villas besides of the city.It will maintained a 24/7 customer services. The staffs are very friendly and cooperative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to live in electronic city Bangalore. Seepage issue is there in more than 50 flats when Informed to management the response was horrible...not in our scope even the owner didn't supported us (flat no. 10310 third floor tower 1, Norwood). Worms were there in STP tank, fungus spreaded in entire flat. Worst experience...below expectations..never ever even think of staying in Prestige

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll definately not recommend this place. The management has done a very poor job of maintaining the place. There are move in and move out charges for which they clearly told me they won't provide invoice. Which I am sure is not just wrong but also illegal.
