★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am one of the proud owners here. One of the best places in EC right opposite Wipro, Broadcom and within few kilometers rest of most of the companies.
The apartment I well kept with Gym, Swimming Pool, an indoor badminton court, Tennis court, small theater and so on.
Most apartments are well lit, landscaping is maintained very well.
Closer to all shopping area.

Walking distance from all IT organizations you can think of - Wipro, Infosys, HCL, Siemens, Mahindra, HP, Dell, Velankani, Flextronics, DXC Tech, etc. Also walking distance to many colleges - Symbiosis Inst of Business Mgt, IIIT, Welingkar. There are many Food Joints, Restaurants in the vicinity and its very close to the NICE corridor and the elevated highway which connects Silk Board in 15min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own an apartment at this complex. We booked it during the prelaunch time. Like any other builder they had delayed the construction work due to various reasons like availability of workers, sand etc. However they paid the delay charges during registration. I have to admit that they have done a wonderful job with the construction. Tiles, fittings and electrical stuff were of good quality. We had few issues with the plumbing and all which when raised was completed at the earliest. Amenities are good. Apartment is pretty close to major software companies, restaurants, supermarkets and other stores. There is a bus stop very close to the apartment. Association is maintaining the property well. But due less number of units the maintenance charges are high.
