★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good space utilization. No common walls between apartments on same floor so pretty quiet ambience. Extra Wide balcony space to soak up some sun. Reasonably priced apartment in an insanely priced locality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most mismanaged apartment complexes... You will suffer if you buy or rent one here ... Water available here is one of the hardest I have experienced, plumbing issues and hairfall is common... The estate manager does not know his job and the people managing him are equally the same... The maintenance for a 2bhk is 3200 per month and god knows how they are utilising it as there is no financial clarity and amenities are mediocre... Just stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful society with greenery, administration and all facilities like Gym, Club House, Children play area. Less pollution as the society is little bit far from the main road. Multilevel under ground parking. No water charges in maintenance as well. Many grocery stores available around the society. BigBasket Vending machine will be working 24/7.
