★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional experience at the Prima Varthur center for MRI, had to wait almost 4 hours to get the scan done. report processing took forever and the helpdesk women was very rude and unprofessional in dealing the situation.Prima Varthur staff should understand that people visiting await the reports for further diagnosis which should be strictly time boxed. The rates of scans are very high and the service provided is pathetic to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go to Prima if you want to waste your time. I made an appointment for my complete health check up at 8 am in the morning. Reached on time and waited for 5 hours at the diagnostic center. Still waiting and not sure how long it will take for the tests to get completed.
Neither do I recommend this center nor will I ever visit this place again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the best in town for all tests and scan, actually we did test at many places and we have had various experience for the same but the thing we get guarantee here is that caring, understanding is much much better than any other centre of any other labs. Also in terms of cleanliness they stand ahead.
So, i will suggest you to go for scans from here to understand your value and get accurate report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience. They made us wait for 3 hours for ultrasound. You have to keep reminding them for scan else they will forget. Even for billing they made us wait for 1 hour. We could see unattended patients on stretcher for hours. Nothing works organised. Not professional at all. If we go and ask them they say to not to argue with them even when we share our concern. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people at the reception should be told there is something called as telephone invented for communication.. And it's common sense to pick it up when it rings... I have been calling since 3 days. They just don't brother to pick.. like seriously.. who are you people.. please come to civilization.
2 stars for this ..
Cleanliness is maintained. Lab and radiology service is good ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked NT scan through mfine , the main desk was quite well managed and polite , the billing process was quite fast, well billing is usually the fastest process in all medical facilities. The place was neat and well managed
Coming to cons , there was a section that said refreshments , but there was no coffee / tea machine nor packaged mineral water. Which is funny because there was a label which had a photo of a coffee mug on it.
Also the reception desk above was a bit chaotic and she was also responsible for sending people in for scans or tests which I felt was not well managed and there should be a proper token system with digital displays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima Diagnostics offer most of the diagnostics tests. I visited here around 8.30am and had the online prepaid booking and had the appointment for 8.30Am. But the prior appointment booking system doesn't work here and its like first come first serve. Security person will provide the registration form you need to fill it immediately and provide to Reception in order to avoid missing your turn. I felt the crowd is more here in the morning till 11, it will be less after that. There is a separate parking space available after yes bank building,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an Xray done in 30-40mins. Booked with mfine, so got a discount. The staff were friendly. Make sure you have a doctor's prescription for diagnosis, before heading here.
The place can have more sanitizers. It's difficult to spot one.
Car parking available for 3 cars outside and bike parking available. You can come by cab during a busy day.
