★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for weekend home properties around Khopoli and found this project. At the site visit I met Mr. Akash Gawde who was very friendly, matter-of-fact and helpful in selecting the flat and getting a fair price. He was patient through all the questions I had and the various permutations and combinations I kept asking for. He organised the home loan and was readily available on call whenever I had any doubt. The building too is in a good location and seems to be on time to meet the posession deadline. Great first home-buying experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear reader, what tempted me to write this review is, I came to know about this project via internet search and first interacted over phone to Akash Gawde.
Apart from the Project Details, major reason to come to BUY decision quickly just by visiting the site once, is Akash. His understanding of 'what client needs' is super. No false commitments, everything he kept transparent and for every single query right from booking till we get the flat keys, Akash served as single point of contact without getting irritated. Not to miss, the office staff was nice and supportive too.
I will surely recomment this project to others and insist they will first talk to Akash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krishna valley is one of the best palces to be as it in the middle of beautiful natural waterfalls and purr oxygen air. Mr Akash is very helpful and cheerful person who will patiently help you in your new home buying process. It has all modern facilities that one would expect in a resort too.

Lonavala / Khandal is max 30min drive and why to think lonavala as when you are here you will not visit lonavala as its already having very good scenic location surrounded by hills and zenith fall and other small falls to nearby.
