★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally pathetic service! It's only name PROFESSIONAL NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL IN SERVICE. The site itself doesn't tracks the courier. The person in the office are not at all helpful. I stay just 5mins away from there office still they took ap long to deliver my parcel. It's really worst courier service I have ever seen. Pls either change your behan of the staff or pls close your service. I don't even feel like giving a single star to you guys!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they charged me ₹400 to deliver a package when package reach the destination state, they sent me a sms starting no service and refused to deliver it. I had to request people to go to their office to collect the package.
Absolutely pathetic service!!! This could happen to you, because they promised me the same and changed their stance after charging me.
Customer service is horrible,. No one picks the call...
