Last visit was very, very Disappointing. They initially say they have the stock and then when you go to pay and collect, They say they don't have the stock for the replacement stock, despite doing an initial live check of their inventory for the parts. Even now, despite me placing an order for the parts, I have yet to receive any intimation of it's availability. Higher ups, please take note. I smell a scam in progress.

I own bajaj pulsar 220f 2017 wherein my one-way stopped working and they gave me estimation of rs 3200, i got it done and after 3 months again it stopped working i could here breaking sound from engine during the self start...this time i approached roadside garage..they fixed the same Problem for 310 rs Oneway magnet 110 Welding 60 Service charge 150 now you can imagine how much the bajaj survodaya service centre charged me..10x times extra....i don't mind paying 3000 for my bike but atleast the official work done should run for year and half... totally disappointed with this service centre and I'm not giving my bike ever again...cheap staffs, no work ethics but total dissatisfaction... please get good garage, they will charge you less with assurity now the choice is yours however they hired cheap technicians...they are not engineers... there is a difference, just google it

Critical: Quality Worst experience here since my all 3 service of my Bajaj ns 16 , poor quality and not experienced staff no politeness totally waste of money.Very rude behaviour of the Bajaj employees totally fake the don't even respond well to the client.

This is Bajaj's worst service cetre. The staff has no knowledge about bikes nor they have any idea about the bike elements. I gave my bike for servicing but still I'm facing issues about mileage. Before servicing my bike gave me a mileage around 36-38.after servicing my bike gave me a mileage around 28-29.

Very bad service.....everyperson even bajaj ceo.asm. svc person also delay to listen cust issue....and also he doesnt reply the mail mr rajiv bajaj as ceo post how many time i send him mail but still not any given reply ....he is know teach the cust ......everytime he is bother to cust....dnt any byk perchege of bajaj auto.......i m very seffering within a year in my byk....my byj is under wty but no any given soluation.........so plz dnt buy new byk from bajaj

Waiting period more than 2 hours to accepting the bike, even no rush.Very poor service. Can't recommend. Bajaj have to imrove the service centers. 0 rating.

Very terrible customer service. Only a business-minded group. Many repairs might be made without replacing components, but they are accustomed to doing so. For instance, because of paint, they were going to replace both of my alloy wheels. They planned to replace the entire radiator set since they couldn't discover the source of the leak, which was caused by the engine head. This job was taken more than 35 days. Not a trained workers or mechanic. For the past eight years, I have been a customer of Bajaj Service Center, which was previously known as Bajaj Executive and has subsequently been renamed Suryoday Bajaj. When this repair shop was operating under the name "Executive Bajaj," in its latter years, I made many complaints to a management about petrol theft and keychain theft. Many times, the components were replaced needlessly, and the customer was told not to ask for the old part. I've also witnessed other folks express their dissatisfaction. Then he closed Executive Bajaj and launched Suryoday Bajaj. I reasoned that since the corporation had changed, the team had to have changed as well. But that didn't happen; more than half of the staff, including the mechanics, remained the same. Even now, the same things are happening. Along with the client, I believe the staff's politics have grown. It also has an impact on client bike servicing.
