Horrible service station. Unprofessional and fraud. Will bill you for service and wont even wash. 1st service: replaced disc brake which stoped working in 15 days. 2nd service: changed some part and again stoped in 10 days got jammed on highway. 3rd service: disc brake screw fell off after 10 days of service. 4th service: did not even wash the bike on the name of service. Manager is never available for support. Fraud activities taking place here and no one to stop. Have sent email to bajaj management but no response. Filing a case in consumer forum, You cant get away this time.

Worst Service never go there.. Terrible staff behaviour at the time of delivery of vehicles.. Poor work quality.. wastage of time and energy, long waiting.. putting reviews would be less... If any one intrested, just go and feel its experience and share.. worst service center.. no value of customers...

It very frustrating to say but posting review after 1 month of struggle with Malad service center executives. I have Avenger and it is my 2nd free service (first of all whoever is planning to buy Bajaj please remember there is nothing free you have to pay 650β‚Ή for free service). Service center found the fault in engine during 2nd service and said it is under warranty but the spare part is not available. It has been one month and they still don't have spare part available. Also the service center is not responding and i think they will respond when the warranty is over so they get money for spare parts. One more thing during 2nd service 1350β‚Ή paid and after a day i found 5 puncture not what services center did during servicing. I wouls recommend while buying the bike you will get a option on teflon coating in petrol tank from my personal experience dont go for it waste of money even service center guy said (itna scratch kaise aaye) i should have asked this question to them. To summarise 0/5 for service.

Worst Service Center Ever... None of the service guy are bothered about there customer life. So here is details about my experience. I purchased my bike in 2016 APRIL RS200 ABS. I use to service my bike in Ghatkopar. But after 3 free paid service. I went for one paid service at ghatkopar service center. Which was one of my worst desions. Mr. Singh.. The guy who just keept on increasing my bills. But after the service... he brought one issue in bike... i.e Bike Stalking... Which use to happen any time while running. I gave them bike almost 3times. I raised complaint on Bajaj Customer portal... But nothing happend. So finally i had to give up and i went to malad service center. I told them problem about Bike Stalking i.e 24 Nov 2017. I also told them... How i was so close to death on pune highway roads... But still... they use to do servising and use to return me bike... First 100km, everything use to work fine... after 100km... bike use to start stalking... So this way... I somehow managed my 3AMC servising in malad service center.... But On 26Nov 2018... My 4th AMC service I gave my bike and told them the fact that i was close to death again near kalyan bhiwandi experse highway... as while overtaking a truck my bike all of a sudden stopped. After telling them the reality... they did the servicing, called me around 5:45pm and just gave bike blindly to me... and gave me assurance... that bike stalking wont happen again... None of the service guy had did test ride...I get to know... by OSD Km reading. When i started the bike... I found there vibration of bike was as it is and also found a new noise coming from bike engine... But Unfortunatily... next day morning it happend again... but 3times on western experss highway...I returned my bike again on same day and told them the "issue is not solved and also informed the vibration and new noise issue" then the guy named "Milind" again tooked my bike to servicing and again around 27th Nov 5:30pm called me up to pikup the bike....Again I just tooked bike and again found the vibration and engine noise issue was not solved But stalking of bike didnt occured for a day... But Unfortunaitly, on 29th & 30Nov stalking happend again and I returned my bike on 30 Nov... Again telling them "Issue is not solved.... vibration is as it is and engine noise is also as it is" they kept my bike whole day...and did nothing... Next day (1st Dec 2018) around 11pm Milind called me up and said... They have again solved the stalking issue, I assure the stalking wont happen again, but the engine noice issue is due to "Engine Crank Shaft"... which will cost me 14,000/- ... which was shoking... I raised my question, how come just oil change affects the crankshaft and there was no noise as such before servising (on my Last AMC Service) and how come noise started coming after servising. But they had only one common answer... the old changes does make affect to crank shaft. Below Picture show that Stalking problem has not been solved yet... again 1Dec 2018... Bike just stoppen in middle of the road and malfunction indicator light just got turned on. I request everyone... Do not give ur bike at this service center... They will created such issue which will force u to give ur bike again and again at bajaj autorised service center... its a business startegie... Just imagine... How come 2 issue just came out at my last free service and last AMC service...

Very poor service, specially from a authorised service centre, I had given my bike for service and cleaning fuel tank, but they missed o ring on the fuel filler cap mounting bolt(picture attached), which led to wgiving jerks and stopped working on the road, a local mechanic symptoms for jerks and opened the tank , to his and my surprise there was water inside, and hetried to pin point the use, he found the o ring missing at the fuel filler cap mounting bolt, This is how they work in service centre, apart from servi

The local garage is better. The worst workshop seen in entire life. Waited for more than 2 hours to gave vehicle for repairs. Can't recommend this to all. Don't visit. Govt employees are working faster than this workshop.

Operating systems I am sure must be in place. Service advisors surely not following them. My Service no was 14. no 12 was attended to. After that no one called out any numbers, it was who would chase the service adviser would be attended to. Finally after security pointed out that I have been waiting a long time did the service advisor called out no 19 then adding anyone before 19 to which I responded. But by then irreparable damage had been done. Turn indicators for the particular model not available. Service due signage was not eliminated despite service being done. Service advisor was very polite and attentive fixed the indicators with feviquick solution took my mob no to intimate me when the parts would arrive. Very unprofessional service specially for a Dominar 400 owner.
