I am writing this review after owning 7 bikes of companies like hero, TVs, honda and bajaj..
The manager Sanjay is not at all helpful. He is not fit to be a customer service personnel. He doesn't even know the email id of his service center and hero incase a customer wants to raise a issue to the company. I can by far say that this is the worst service I have come across all my 7 bikes so far
They acknowledge the problem and then lie to your face that I never said that. Keep a recorder handy and record everything the person says while taking your bike into service.
I have left my bike at the service station and asked them to solve the problem and give me back the bike. I have also mailed the company for them to help me out ... Frankly speaking empathy is zero and none of them are interested in working and I say this after handling a team of 108 people at my work. None of them take an effort in making a customer experience happy.
Incase any higher authority of hero is listening take corrective measures in getting the staff trained in customer service .

I recently visit the service center to do a minor repair in my hero destiny 125.
The employees are very rude and disrespectful specially the machanic. Then don't even know how to work with proper manner.
They selling the product at very high cost. I buy a carburettor insulator which real market price is 60 INR but, they charge me 250 INR.
Any one of the employees doesn't know the value of time. I spend nearly 4 hours to just change the insulator which is hardly take 15 minutes and i ask them why you need that much time for simple process then they are just giving the reasons
"TRULY SAYING DON'T DO ANY JOB REGARDING TO THE MOTORCYCLE IN NIDHI AUTOMOBILE WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, ENERGY"
