★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to buy Gold whey but they don't HV stock from authorised importer and claim they import directly which is false . U can get authorised importer list on website on ON. So beware. Original product comes with serial number ( to be scratched) which can be authenticated on importer site. ( bright)

Even if few products r not available in the store. people in the store (jerin & sajo) will get the product u need, products r very genuine and also at offered able price. Been a sincere coustmer from past 3 years, Never felt bad towards any product or service.
My suggestion would be u should ones visit the store to Know it's quality instead of reading people's review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A single star is not my actual rating, however let me share and explain why. After having read the reviews of this store, I really wanted to visit and purchase Whey protein. When I called, someone answered and I asked if this is Protein Shoppe, he said it's called Supplement Shoppe now and when asked, he confirmed that even the management has changed. I enquired about On gold standard whey 5lbs, he said that they have the ones from Bright Commodities, when I told him that they are no longer the official importers, he shocked me by saying that this product is in fact manufactured and packed in India and that none of the dealers import it any more. He said that except for a few brands like Dynamize, almost all other brand's products are manufactured and packed in India. This came as a complete shock to me because It's a well known fact that our wonderful country still doesn't have a totally regulated channel through which they can successfully regulate or check for supplement piracy. Moreover almost all of us are very well aware of how pathetic Indian brand supplements are. If On Gold Standard whey is indeed no more imported but rather manufactured here, then I better think of some other channel to obtain this from abroad, because most of us are really tired and sick of paying so much money to get pathetic supplements that yield no results at all. No offence to anyone, just skeptical, because I and most of my acquaintances have been victims of counterfeit supplements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to only to buy a shaker as I already have purchased protein powder somewhere , here they give you a free shaker when you purchase protein powder and don’t sell the shaker separate so the manager/owner of the store offered to give me the shaker at free of cost without me purchasing anything .
Such kindness is very rare in today’s market in whatever field, excellent customer service
Will definitely recommend this store and buy products from here in the future ????
