★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a few days here & I can tell this apartment is not very gud for familes because rooms here in the fkats are small & also there is less place for activity for children & if u r a bachelor or a student be ready to face society issues. If u are a bachelor/student I suggest u to go to nimbus 2 or jaypee aman these places are a little better for bachelors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location and good security, but appearance is poor compared to neighbouring high rises. RWA maintenance is not up to the mark, otherwise a reasonably liveable place at pocket-friendly rents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place for families and bachelors both. There are also no. of other societies like Amrapali Castle, Nimbus 1-2, Purvanchal City etc. Purvanchal is little bit expensive, rest all have same price range. Thanks.

I don’t understand why developers are using poor quality of materials.
All newly constructed societies in Noida/Gurugram starts showing wear & tear within just 5 years.
These developers are just wasting money, time and resources.
Developers needs to understand that people are investing their lifetime savings in these flats.
To all real estate developers, if you can’t build a long lasting good quality flats, just leave this job, find some other work, so that middle class people don’t suffer.
