★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealt with by a person named Shivkumar. Indeed, I had a frequent conversation with him. Let me share in detail which is important for everyone to know as below:
He co-ordinated and mentioned to call him once the offer is released and salary details shared from the HR team of Accenture.
Upon that I called him immediately as it was extremely important to connect however, I had no response from him with my calls and messages.
I escalated this to their team and wanted to talk to their manager by calling Provisor generic number.
Then Shiv called me and explained that he was out of the town and will take the issue further to resolve.
Later, he did a good job and associated well with a clear communication with what he has.
I am happy with his work and communication as he tried his best to assist.
Although, it is our job to clarify things before joining a company. One thing I am unhappy with is, about designation sharing as neither Provisor nor company folks told me the exact level until I joined the company and evaluated that by escalating. I would recommend everyone to always do their ground work before joining a company as no one tells anything on paper until the offer letter is provided. Which position, which designation, what is total salary, how much is variable and how much fixed, what is in hand and what is team size and shift. I think we all must clarify all this in detail to make sure what is said and what is actually in match. There is no could be, would be, should be or might be at all. Please make sure you are given to what is said and if not do escalate the same which I did. That part I am little unhappy as proviser being so old vendor for accenture wasn’t aware about company hirarkeys in detail which I clarified them after joining the company and escalating the same.
I have provided my feedback to the team internal and external to make sure the actual information is provided to a candidate which is a question of ethics and integrity.
But, Shiv did what he knew and what is best out of him for which I am happy. Also for his responsiveness and accountability. He is professional, never crosses his limit of words and does his job to the maximum. I would surely recommend people to Provisor.
