Sri Lakshmi Pg For Gents - Bengaluru

No parking. Food quality bakar hai. Sala chutiya PG hai. Not allow to boiled milk or water. Owner lady is always use to do murmuring. Friends are not allowed in the PG. No green vegetables provided. WiFi doesn't work properly.

The breakfast and dinner served in this pg is pretty good. Go for the 6.5k catagory room as it's 3 sharing with attached washroom. And like any shared accommodation, Beaware of bedbugs!

Food Quality is not good. Worst North Indian Food. They use to prepare chapati like roast papad. Vegetables and curry taste is not good and they always use to make spicy vegetables. As per the cook, they are making spicy vegetable and curry as they don't want so many people to eat food for their saving purpose.

Hey folks, I'm Rajakrishnan. I just want to share my honest experience with Sri Lakshmi PG. I used in a 4 sharing bed room there. ◾Merits. 1.They have a new furnished building, So it was a nice atmosphere . 2.Cleaning was very good and also their waste management was effective. 3. I was using a 4 sharing room. It was congested we can't stand and sleep properly, but other rooms are spacious. 4. They will provide bed, pillow,Tv,WiFi, washing machine, drinking water and cabord. 5. I was very happy about the way they behaved with me, very polite people. ◾Demerits. 1.They will not take the complaints seriously. We have push them to do something. 2. Food is tasty. But so spicy and Sourness...Daily they will add more green chillies to all dishes. Many people are having food from outside because of this major problem. 3. They carelessly handled my things(clothes). It was missing on the last day. I kept it was in my room, when they came to kill bedbug and clean the room they put somewhere. It was a big mistake and I lost around 3000 rs for this reason ( 2 bed sheets, 1000 rs costly jeans and t-shirts) 4. Bedbugs are horrible here. It was not like other PG's , I don't know why.. I couldn't sleep many days. When I wake up in the morning my bed sheets will be filled with red dots. 5. They didn't give my advance amount fully. I paid 3000 rs advanced. They deducted 1000 rs for a small reason. I informed them about vacating room on the previous month(12.03.2019). I paid the full amount of that month(march) rent and i didn't come there. When I came back on 30th march 2019 ,they said i didn't inform them 1 month before. It was okey but if I want the advance amount i have to give the 12 days (April)rent and stay there for 2000 rs. That was crazy. After a discussion and they given 1000 rs back.(1000 rs deducted for maintenance charges). 6. They couldn't control the noise on the building. The hostellers can make any kind of noise at any time. No rules and discipline . Working men can't enjoy peace, especially for day workers. Some Nighs were difficult to sleep. 7. They missed my 2 month rent receipts. Poor managing.... 8. Parking is little bit difficult for 2 wheelers. Car parking is not possible. 9. They will not use generator in the power shut down times. I sat 4 /5 hrs without any light and fan in the day time. 10. They don't have surveillance camera in all the floors. 11. They will not collect id proof of hostellers. No safely and security... 12. Dining area is very small(8-10 people max). 13. Lift will stuck at any time and can't stand properly (Max 4 persons at 1 time) It was a Poor one. 14. Staircase is very small. I don't know how to escape from an emergency situation.(1 narrow staircase for 5 floors). I gave 4 stars to them after 4 moths, but the last times were bad. That's why I wrote a complete review about them. Honestly say my last experiences were not good. I felt bad.

The management is worst. I was taken 2 sharing room. While paying advace he said that they will refund full amount while leaving but he has deducted 1000 ra as maintenance. But he took 3 months to refund that 2000 rs. I was using 2 sharing room.. that guy sometimes comes to room and put another bed. When we ask him he will say that we have to shift another room. Such a silly behaviour. Food is horrible. Spicy food.

I'm giving this review after living 10 months in this PG and still I'm here only. Honestly it's look like my second home. PG care taker Sidhu is very friendly and helpful person and he is my good friend as well. PG is so close to my office and every required things are available near PG. The food combination of south and north is good. Other services is also good as compare to other PGs.

Management is terrible. A 3-sharing room I got was awful. There were a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom. On asking him to do something about it, he said that he has the poison. But he didn't do anything about it. Similarly for many other things, he said that he would do it but never completed it. He kept saying that another room will definitely be available tomorrow, for a month but it was never available so he kept lying. Food is also not good. Many times it's crying level spicy. Last room I lived had no proper locking for front door as well as cupboards,so storing anything is risky. Regular cleaning and availability of water are the only positives I can find. For the 1000 rupees maintenance charges he takes, he sure as hell does no maintenance.

Owner is terrible guy doesn't respond to any complaint what we have given he will follow his own rules. Food what he prepares is fully unhygienic kitchen full of rats and cockroach he is least bother of that even rooms are full of cockroach if the food had got over means he won't prepare again plzz ther are so many pg near by don't go and join check a review. A basic washing machine he did not repaired for 5 months daily we were informing but he was not responding plzz guys do not join to this pg the money u pay is not worth for it. He will ask more money to advance which he won't return.
