★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the sales person/staff was so rude. In my entire life I've never had an argument with a staff in a mall. First of, he was forcing us to buy stuff we didn't even want. The store is so small it's not hard to shop on our own. Your staff should let the customers be unless you are asked for assistance.
Secondly, he had just scanned the item we decided to buy (we hadn't made the payment yet) and we asked for him to cancel it, he said he can't because he had already scanned it(I'm not gonna give you a reason for wanting to cancel it because it's my money and it's upto me to decide what's worth it and what's not). I don't know if he thought we were fools or stupid!! I understand you needed sales but that's no the way to get it. I didn't want to make a scene in the mall, that's too low for me, so I just walked out.
Your staff should know how to attend your customers.
Fyi, also I'v never written a review for a store but there's a limit to how much disrespect a person can take so learn better!
