★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Humilating...Disgusting....Cant believe someone could talk like this to a customer. I called up to inquire, first they cut my phone. Called up again and the guy on phone started abusing me.. What the heck....to hell with customer... So angry and disappointed with the level this company has gone down in customer service.
Please stay away if you have any self respect...still cant blv...plz stay away...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They may be good service provider. However, when i asked them for two buses they quoted for a 27 seater instead of 40 and kept saying I asked for 27 seater. I know my requirement, why would i quote wrong number. Instead the representative started blaming me. I dropped the idea of taking their services.

We found professionalism while communicating with them and got competitive prices as per market standard comparing services.
Digilent and coperative staff. Neat and Clean buses.
Willing to take their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired a 12 seater Tempo Traveller . Promised a clean nice looking bus. Also got a photo of the bus from the owner himself while booking but on the travel day provided a third party owner bus in a miserable condition. Uncleaned seat cover,no curtains, noise all around. The only good about the bus was the driver who was well behaved but does not have road sense. As a result spend travelling 18 hours which normally takes only 10 hours. When tried to contact the owner simply connected me to the third party from whom he hired the bus in the first place. Please stay away from this travel group. Not at all trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from UK and used this company’s bus for my dads final rituals. I was Very disappointed as this is a very untrustworthy company.I had booked a 15 seater Travel tempo from Delhi to Kiratpur sahib and return was back for same day for RS 33600. Reason for booking on such high price was that owner showed us a luxury picture on what’s app and told us it’s brand new tempo but when the tempo arrived at 5:00am it was old and in average condition. All family friends were waiting & I couldn’t cancel at that time. Also I find out that tempo wasn’t from his own company he booked it from Grant travel Tilak Nagar for Rs15000. In time of Covid we didn’t want risk ppl lives and we expected that they would be professional but were highly disappointed.My request to not trust them at all and not recommended for NRIs specially.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not any service from Punjab sahib transport co. I booked bus for pickup and drop and paid for the same on my marriage day however bus only picked up and the time of drop we called bus driver than he said you bus is only book for pickup. They charged for pickup and drip.
They are fake people.. They cheated with us.
