★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service at Kalyani Nagar branch, I visit the bank to chang my phone number,and I told them I'm staying 40km far from there, after they confirmed with m I left the bank but after a week neither my net banking working, and they are not answering my calls, today from 10am I'm calling them but no one is attending call, I have 10years old account in this bank and I will close and change my bank ASAP

Yesterday I gone in pnb bank.
I asked to lady staff
Where is reception..? She told me ask her. And I gone other lady staff I said i want to send a money in Nepal.
And she is asked me you have a check' you have pan card.
I said I have. And after some time she is told but we don't have from slip. You can go other bank.
Or can be come 4 pm.
Talking too me so roodly.
You don't have frim why you ask you have this ...this.
I don't like kalyaninager branch pnb bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor response on landline phone numbers available on bank website. Nobody bothers to answer a call. How a person outside pune can contact the branch. Bank staff needs to improve upon this issue. Branch Manager should take initiative to improve working practices of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor services. Staff is least bothered about customers. The dy Manager gives excuses that staff is on leave or she has other work to do.
The services of nationalized banks cannot be improved unless the staff had fear of loss of job.
