★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service. I am very disappointed with Punjab national bank costumer toll free number never been picked they deducted my money without any info I am kindly saying not to open a account in this bank. They never pik call their server never work and they deducte money for no ways.

My grand monther opened account in this branch around 15 years ago and since then we face problems with services of bank and recently closed the accounts due to very poor services of the bank. Whenever I visited the branch for any work related to my grandmother’s account I found the staff with lethargic attitude. And many time I saw people fighting with bank staff. All the staff were very impudent. Such staff spoil the image of such an old bank of Indian economy. The only day we received appropriate services was the day when we closed the account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor services and unhelpful staff. They take 20 minutes to do a job which can be done in 5. At each step they test your patience and have a bad attitude towards the customer. At an unfortunate moment I opened an account with them and have suffered since.
