★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad/No services, rud staff, Lunch time start from 2.00-2.30 on window 1- 4. But guys start lunch from 1.35 pm and rudely reply " don't want more customers ", even service manager and manager not available at this time.however this branch not deserve any star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely crowded place!! Staff is good but parking is not so good for our vehicle ....and we can't see it from main road because it is in the premises of a Calgary eye hospital ....But some Banners are on the road to navigate...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff are very cooperative and friendly while some others are not so cooperative. The ambiance is very cosy. Customers need not have to stand up in the long ques for their work. There is an automated Token issuing machine installed just near the main Entrance gate. Customers can get a token from this machine. If a customer does not know how to operate this machine, The guard standing at the gate helps him out. There is sufficient sitting facility in the bank for the customers waiting for their turn. The bank is fully air conditioned and very neat and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Unprofessional staff having no knowlege of Banking. Staff unable to delete name of First Holder (Despite submitting the Death Certificate) from the Pension account of Sr. Citizen Widower who has no other source of income.
Imagine she has already gone to the Bank almost 4-5 times asking her Husband name to be removed.
This Bank does not give any acceptance of artifacts submitted and hence even the Banking Lokpal compliant is useless here.
It is illegal to have the Bank account of deceased member (In this case retired Central Govt employee) & not providing confirmation/acknowledgement of documents submitted in the Branch.
Hence Lokpal commitee or some responsible authority need to Audit these malpractices and held the Staff/Branch Manager responsible.
