Even they suggested me to get the RT-PCR which is necessary to travel from one state to another and I got it soon. I met Mr. Manoj also, a very kind hearted person and helpful person. Thank you guys. I can say, you are running one of the best laboratory in Delhi NCR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprised to have had a terrible experience with Punjj Labs. Despite all the other positive reviews, my home collection experience has been abysmal.
I received no response from the lab regarding updates on my COVID sample collection. They do not answer messages and ignore or hang up when I call.
I have also received no communication on whether the sample has been received by the lab or whether it is being processed. Intimating these things is standard govt protocol. I understand that testing may take time due to the volume but basic protocol must still be followed. Very disappointed in this service. Definitely would not recommend Punjj Labs for home collection.
