★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited dr prachi for out cats. Our Persian cat had some skin infection. Though We visited many doctors, we could not get satisfactory solution but we r extremely satisfied with dr prachi’s treatment. She is well experienced and guides very well. She always tries to give natural remedies first which is very beneficial and also works so well. The medicines she suggested us were extremely effective. Our cat had tear issue but she completely cured it. Our cat is now doing very well under her treatment. We r extremely grateful to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place for the first time just five days ago for grooming (hair and nails cutting) alongwith spa for my granddaughter (a Shi-tzu puppy). The groomer Mr. Manas Bal is a fantastic person by performance as well as behaviour (very caring, indeed). The outlet is good as well. Pet products of different kinds and medicines are available here at a discounted price on the MRP. I look forward to visit this place again.
Again, on 12th April 2022, I visited this place with my granddaughter for her health checkup with Dr. Manojit Mandal. He is an Associated Professor at Belgachia Animal Hospital.

Really lovely and friendly people who are really interested in providing the best for all your animals needs. This is a place, by far, our puppy loved. She didn’t want to leave and the staff was so accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. Extremely professional , skilled staff with personalised attention. Impressed with the hair trimming and grooming by the hands of Mr Pappu.Extremely meticulous, gave my boy a precise and perfect haircut without causing him any discomfort.
Also have an amazing collection of pet accessories.
Also worth a mention is how they are concerned about the underprivileged street dogs as well. When offered a tip to their staff they politely refused asking me to feed some biscuits to the street dogs instead!
Would definitely recommend pups and pets to everyone and give them a five star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. Got my baby groomed. Excellently done. The staff at the shop were very courteous and extremely helpful. The thing I loved is that they were awesome with my fur-baby. They petted and played with her and made her feel comfortable and loved. Also, excellent stock of pet items. Definately a place to visit.
