★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is actually a gov.library and totally free for everyone.Anyone can come and study here.Its timing is good 8am-7pm (Mon-Sat).
Sitting arrangement is also good and quite sufficient.
But..
This is not so Quiet place to study as compared to private libraries. And also there's no cabins here but only a large table and chairs around it.
Discipline also not so good here.sometimes its disturby also but very decent gov.library at all.
