★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy puri aanand villas flat..they are worst....they only know how to enhance the exterior..but dont react on complaints.. everything is of low quality like flooring, walls and doors are of low quality..in rainy season there is drainage problem....DONT BUY!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely Good to show here by Puri Constructions. Project is Completed by good 2-3 years. Expect delivery in 2019. The name of Puri Constructions in Faridabad is very famous, and they are providing best facilities & services to there customers from day 1 in Faridabad.

1. Do you have state electricity connection-No (update- State connection is available now)
2. Is play area accessible from inside- no
3. Mobile signals inside the apartment -no
4. Mobile signals in lifts and basements- no
5. Are you lifts covered under Annual Manitenance- no
6. Airtel/ Jio Broadband connections- No (update- Airtel wifi available now)
7. CCTV camera installed outside towers- No
Your questions would press the management have these facilities at earliest. Residents are already fighting for these issues and are able to get success on few of the points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puri Aanand Vilas was projected as a luxury society or luxuary apartments.
The actual picture is very different from what was projected. Only the structure was made by a big Dubai based construction company, IL&FS.
The finish quality is extremely poor, be it the wood work, the plumbing work, the electrical or the quality of landscaping in the society. Every aspect of construction has been compromised with.
It is over priced and over hyped BUT it is still better than most of the other societies around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad management , they don't listen to the Residents problem. DG backup not proper , Bad quality of construction , very bad doors, tiles , cracks in chaukhat , indeed they think they are the best , as they are becoming worst.
Don't buy any flat here , without talking to any resident who has a flat here, who is facing problem over here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very well constructed society with all the amenities required in day to day life. I think I haven't seen such society in Faridabad till now. This might improve the construction quality of flats in Faridabad. Games arena is also very well constructed but due to lack of a big garden for jogging, yoga or misc purposes, I would rate this society 4/5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only residential complex, that's capable of being called Ultra Luxurious Multistorey residential complex in Faridabad. Situated in situated in plush Sector 81, in greater Faridabad, commonly called Neharpar. The entire complex is well maintained and tidy. The construction quality is exceptionally good. The in-house Club is added advantage in this society, with swimming pool, gymnasium, reading room, restuarant and many other facilities, for its residents. The approach road is relatively in bad condition, hopefully, it would have better connectivity.
