★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very annoying not a proper staff totally illiterate no experience cheap staff n doctor not at all good to diagonise the pet or take care my healthy cat died in seconds coz of her negligence of injecting the iv something very basic … and I wld like people to come fwd and share their experiences as pets are like our children we need to put up our hands for doctors who just kill our pets n not even have a bit of regret over it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Dr. Aditi's clinic while looking for some life-saving medicines for my Shih Tzu puppy. The puppy was being treated by another vet and unfortunately the puppy didn't survive. However, I was so impressed by her and the team's behavior and empathy that when i got my second puppy (labrador), Dr. Aditi was my default choice for a permanent vet.
Everyti we visit the clinic, we get a very good experience. They all are extremely friendly and our pooch love them like family. When I needed a bravacto tab, Dr. Aditi even went out of her way to make sure that i get it on time.
I definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Aditi might be a good doctor, but her staff is definitely incapable of handling the simplest cases. Lost my kitten months ago because of their negligence and refusal to do tests which were needed and would’ve been the cure my cat needed but their negligence was the cause of his demise. Despite that, I took 2 Indi-kittens that I’m fostering to her again because my usual Vet was unavailable just for a basic fever and weakness. She told us that she would have to take the blood test of both and provide treatment to which we agreed, but due to the negligence of her staff and their obvious inexperience at their job, one of the kittens (who was actually healthier) lost her life as soon as they plugged in the IV. She was scared and any doctor should’ve known better and calmed her down first and then given her the medicine but when you hire staff that is incapable, you can’t expect good results. She got a seizure and passed away within seconds, when she should’ve and would’ve lived longer. Dr. Aditi is a good person, as many of you have written, but her and her Staff’s negligence took the life of two of my kittens and I will never forgive them for that.
You need to improve your services and the way your work because you are dealing with the lives of the most important beings in one’s family. Extremely extremely upset and disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After years of disappointments I finally found the perfect doctors for my pet who went into ER for bloat under their care. Dr Uddhav, Dr Aditi, Dr Raj helped throughout the journey. My dog had serious allergy and digestive issues including problems to gain weight. Just months post-op he gained the weight that was needed and much of his allergy issues have subsided including the digestive ones. My cute little thug has finally found his hood. I'm thankful to have stumbled upon this clinic!
Special thanks to Sachin sir for relentlessly asking me if I needed something to eat the night my pet went into surgery.
