★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PVR High School grounds is well known to all people of Ongole.In past it was used by many political parties,they used the ground to held their public meetings.But for teenagers it was a cricket ground.Now a days it is been used to keep exhibhitions,circus,stalls for diwali crackers,Job mela's......etc.It was located in the centre of Ongole surrounded by RTC BusStand and RR(Ranga Rayudu) Tank...It was one of the pride of Ongole

But this school is till in work. And it is one of a centre of SSC exam...
And also it has a huge open play ground which students used to play and some times this place will be hired for exhibition, circus and NTR kalavedika.
But in rainy season, this ground is completely useless..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very popular Government high school in Ongole. In 1987/88 this school was established by bifurcation from OLD PVR HIGH SCHOOL and named as PVR BOYS HIGH SCHOOL. I had studied 7th to 10th Classes in this school. Good faculty and great history, A large building and a large play ground are this school speciality. In my opinion above 1 Lakh pupils are studied here.
