Being an ACSM (CPT) certified trainer for over 6 years now and also a comprehensive Pilates Instructor Rucha’s knowledge is incomparable. She is an enthusiastic and super positive personality to workout with. Before her studio happened Rucha used to do personal training for me & I could have never found a better trainer than Rucha. I have had an amazing transformation because of her, not only that I dropped two dress sizes but overall stamina & fitness has improved. She made sure that I was eating well too. Her workouts were well planned and conducted. She is the kind of trainer who knows her job very well, who understands her client’s physical fitness very well & does her homework properly. No wonder her clientele Is so varied , from twenties to sixties and from prenatals to Rehab Patients. She has proved that pilates is for everybody, age & gender doesn’t matter at all.
