They Fired Candidate without giving any salary also there system not available every time . If u go there before half an hour shift timing then u late login . Everytime TL threating on your WhatsApp group

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for a job and my joining was also done but after 12 day's complete my training they told me now we no need more candidate and i get fired without any genuine reason , and he didn't give me my salary so if i told about my experience so it was very bad company , i'll never suggest anyone for this company. Very very bad experience, please don't go this company for doing job.

This will be an honest review of this scamming company.
Pros : less pressure ( if you are working in the office ), salary on time ( sometimes it'll get late but they'll give you on the date they told you)
Cons : No incentives, ho*ny seniors, worst management, poor canteen, ACs aren't working, PCs aren't fixed, Toilet aren't in usable condition, deduction of 1500rs for 200rs headphones and 5000rs of deduction for WFH pc security + 8k bank cheque from your bank account. Salary deduction of first month's 10-12 days which they never gonna give you even after resigning.
My experience : I've worked here for almost 5 months all the pros and cons i wrote here are from my experience this company is not that bad if you are a fresher you can work here but my suggestion is if you have some good skills then go for a good MNC company to start your career. I don't recommend you Radical minds unless you really need to earn money in worst scenario.
They didn't give me my 37 days of salary + 5000 of security amount of WFH + headphones security amount.
I've given the resignation, done all the paper work from the company still after 70days they didn't gave my payment.
I guess court is my last option.

Pathetic management,
Trainers himself/herself not trained,
You have to work 27 days and you will get paid for the 7 days only, company policies.
Trainers instead of focusing on candidate training,letting candidates to left the organisation soon by telling about each and every department bad part.so that candidate will left and they claim from the client candidate salary and forfeit the all.lady trainers are not mentally strong and confused to.Always think thrice before joining.

And now till we are not getting salary . So guys it very bad experience . At holi festival TL between fighting on the floor . And there no respect and they are not giving salary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ever. They don’t even have trainers, fixed training rooms. ac’s & systems are not working. Rooms are smelling bad. And specially the staff, tl’s are playing the songs loudly in their cars in front of girls. No professionalism at all very pathetic crowd. The only good thing about this company is the street food.Don’t even try to go there until or unless you need a job badly!
