★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 2nights. Hospitality was good. The below concerns need to be addressed by the front desk so that similar kind of situation can be avoided for new customers
1) we stayed in business class room where 2 king size bed were available. We were 4(2adults, 2kids).They have business class room with only one king size bed and sofa sets. We were given the room with only one king size bed initially even though the business class room with 2king size beds was empty. We had to get it changed since I knew the facility very well.
2) For a family, curtain to be fixed in the bathroom glass., which was not done
Hope these would be addressed in the future

Check-in process was smooth.
Breakfast was okay. They need to improve on their breakfast buffet spread though. Its not at par with other 5 stars or some of the other Radisson's I have been to. But sleep quality was good and it was quite a peaceful & comfortable place.

Hotel is located close to the Airport (30 min drive). We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Buffet breakfast is not up to standard, but you will get some make to order items. Pancake served to us was really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by complementing all the hard working staff over here. All of them were very humble and enthusiastic, always ready to help. The check in process was smooth and quick. The overall cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel was found satisfactory. The bed was very comfortable and allowed me some good rest. Not much disturbances from around my room, though an ongoing wedding had parked few of it's guests on my floor. My lunch buffet experience at the restaurant was a bit disappointing due to very limited number of items on display, probably due to less of demand. However the dinner layout was far better. No complaints with the taste factor, everything did please my taste buds. House keeping standard as I mentioned earlier was quite good. The Swimming pool area at the roof top was being kept well maintained, though it was not running.
My overall experience was very good and the stay was very very comfortable. Thanks to the great team work delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the Mall. Marina is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radisson hotels in itself are always a great experience. Our stay at Radisson zirakpur was quite amazing. The cleanliness, the service, the staff, the amenities everything was just up to the mark. The breakfast that we had was also good and had lot of options for kids as well. The staff was pretty courteous and was even ready to serve us even at 3:00am in the night!!
I would love to visit again in the hotel. Though it was a bit far(30mins drive) from Chandigarh, but the stay was calm and very relaxing!

I must say the staff in the buffet specially Ravi is always on his toes to greet people and he serves each one with smile. I would like to request a appreciation for him for all the hard work he does to make the services go smooth. The food is also amazing from soups to desserts everything is so delicious. Say my Thanks to The Chef and a team led by him too. All the efforts you all put to run this kitchen or buffet for the hotel must be appreciated by your seniors.
Once again i thank all of you.
I have written this feedback after a hectic day i started in the morning at 4 am. And its a honest feedback.
