Issues of Proper light, very rare water issues. Construction is old and somewhat odd looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small society surrounded with lots of greenery, very peaceful place for living, sector 30 market is just few steps and golf course & botanical metro stations are very near by. Multi-speciality gov hospital and NMC hospital is just next to the society. Highly recommended for living as a tenant but not buying. The buildings are 25 years old and needs lot of maintenance work. Water is full of dirt and RO need to service in every 3 months. People also suffering from excessive hair loss and skin disease. Water is also very bad for washing clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good people, educated. Residents aged from 90 years to 5 years. Small, manageable housing group with affordable maintenance charges. Green, wee located and services, wellprotected from noise and fumes of the main roads. Condition of buildings fairly good for their age.
