★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Good thing about this place is... FOR THE EASY GETTING OF TICKETS OR SAYS FOR ASSURING EVERYONE GETS TICKETS... HERE IS LINE SYSTEM AND RESERVATION SYSTEM . IF YOU NEED TICKET YOU HAVE TO SIGN ONE DAY BEFORE AT COUNTER GATE AT GUARD FIR NEXT DAY RESERVATIONS AND NEXT MORNING YOU HAVE TO CONFIRM YOU PRESENCE AGAIN HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like most metro city railway reservation counters, the place is a hell hole during holidays. You must come and book your place in the queue the night before if you want to book tatkal tickets. Honestly, you're better off booking tickets off the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No point trying to your ticket booked by IRCTC APP. There is a far greater chance of losing your money than getting your ticket booked..
They have employed India No 1 Fraud Bank which is also a Private Bank, for authentication of Username and password..
When you try to book your ticket, this App comes in the middle which is completely unnecessary. Before your Ticket has been booked, money from your bank has been deducted. Then you are taken to a page for authentication of Username and password
Not surprisingly your username and password never gets authenticated , finally your ticket never booked but money is gone.
Indian people must wonder why a little known private bank has been brought into the picture, when there are scores of Government owned banks..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the place in March 2017. Operators are responsive. But I couldn't book a single ticket as the operator said there's no ticket available for that particular train. So I came out of the office with huge disappointment, there I found a broker who convinced me to buy a ticket for me . I opted for one and they bought me a wait listed ticket which was supposed to get a confirmed berth in Aligarh station. Soon after I crossed the station , there was no confirm berth allotted to my ticket. I reached at disappointment level 2.
Accept it or not , Railway agents are the nost corrupted person in India . How could a broker get the tickets if there's no available ticket ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are standing since morning at Dwarka Sector 10 railway reservation counter and that person is saying that server is down and he is doing his own paper work. We suggested him to restart the system but he denied. If the server is down then how can a person book tatkal which opens 10am and how can the server is down only for this center all other centers are working fine... This is the heights of illetracy and stubbornness from government employees..... Modi sarkaar should act on this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not open untill 10 am in the morning and closes by 4pm. Also tough for a normal non JNU guy to get there and many of the gates don't allow in any condition. Main gate allows entry but only if they want to.
For tatkal, JNU peps are given chances.
Will suggest to spend some more bucks and reach sarojini station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconvenience for getting tickets because of ticket agents also open let and at window counter you have to wait for getting ticket as the man come very late. For tatkal ticket you have to be in que at morning an then you will get window number the according the number you will get tickets at 10 am for AC and 11am Sleeper. Rating 6/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The working time of the Railway Reservation Center is 08.00 to 16.00 Monday to Saturday except gazetted holy day). There are 5 windows to get railway tickets immidetely, but 5 years ago when I came Delhi, 3 windows were opening, but today only 1 window is open. This is very very bad and inconvenient for JNU students, staff and general people who use this reservation counter.
I think my review will be considered as a complaint of the Railway Reservation Centre of JNU, and officials will do better for us.
