I had made a big mistake to Booked bus ticket from Intercity Smart Bus By Rail Yatri. I had booked 22 seat for Manali to Delhi in 4.30 Pm (Travel Date : 1 January 2020) Bus. (Volvo-2X2(41) AC βSemisleeper)
I got bus no. by sms from Intercity Smart Bus By Rail Yatri is HR38X 0022 but at last Minute they change bus & provide my all seats in Bus No. DL1PD 1739 without any information. When our passenger board in bus that time we know that this a normal Volvo bus not a Semisleeper Volvo without water bottle, blanket & charging point.
When I call to Mr. Narender & your customer support they donβt know about the change of bus. Mr. Chanchal (Rail Yatri Crew) he told to passenger if they donβt board the bus, I will depart the bus from Manali without any passenger.
This service by Intercity Smart Bus By Rail Yatri ?????
Mr. Chanchal & Bus Driver was irresponsible person, one of the passenger get down from the bus. The bus driver left the passenger without information and passenger luggage in the bus only. Once I called to Chanchal after so many argument he will stop the bus at kalath, He given mobile no. of Naseem & told me Naseem give instruction to change the bus. I called to him, he start abuse language and rude to me.
Is this your staff behavior ? he doesnβt know how to speak with client & how you can appoint this type of employee in your company.
Now I want, you look this matter seriously and take the action on Mr. Naseem & refund the ticket amount otherwise we will take legal action on Intercity Smart Bus By Rail Yatri.
We have all PNR & SMS sent by Rail Yatri. I attached all tickets and SMS in this mail.

- There is nothing there no shop bill board no signboard about bus service.
- no washroom not waiting area you have stand no any shelter
I request to all bus service provider please beg some more charge with us and make there at least shelter and washroom.
# Railyatri smartbus (Manali) I booked first time there bus from there websitesite.
- Bus was very clean, neat blanket, give water bottles, they also give wifi password but after some time it's was not work properly. But it's very good experience with Railyatri smartbus service.

We were able to use there launge facility 4 hrs before departing.
There was coffee vending machine,which is free of cost.
The bus was on time and the staff were friendly.
I strongly recommend this due to there service .

β β β β β Lounge is very nice with washrooms and tea/coffee available.
Coaches are just average... Washrooms are only for urinals & they have no control over drivers so lot of unscheduled stops.
In my last journey from Delhi to Amritsar AC was not working & only answer of customer care was "sorry"
