★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popular place, but the hall is not well maintain and young generation preferred to see movies in multiplex, and current pictures are not shown, 3rd class picture are shown and class of people are not coming to see this type of picture. Now a days promoters are trying to rebuilt a new structure, but due to litigation it cannot be progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devil's den..chaya cinema hall was one of the oldest cinema halls in Kolkata.Back in days they ran many famous bengali classics.now they only run B grade adult movies.Just beside hall there is a foreign liquor off shop and a vujia store.

Very bad place..keep in mind of its viewer's socio-economic and educational class before entering here... Pavements are full of hokers and dirty narrow place.. Even Very awkward to pass through it's pavements as walls are full of posters of that type of movies
