★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I had a star rating of zero they don't even deserve one star swiftnet has the Worst connectivity and the worst customer service hlf of the time there is a technical problem from their end and hlf the time their connection is very poor they don't even have the courtesy to answer the call no matter even if u keep calling them for 2 hrs straight they won't answer don't even think of getting their connection ull regret throughout ur life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor pathetic service which we have received here almost 1 week we followed swiftnet to set up new connection then after that connection is not setup properly....highly disappointed very poor service there is no professionalism here no one picks up call or answer our questions...hope there should be 0 star would have given that...worst...will switch to dish TV instead this..

4 - Always have to take 100 follow up for the simple request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is specially for Swift net. Internet is down from past 3 hours. When i called them the lady over the phone said some maintenance was scheduled and engineers are working on it.
I don't think you guys are professional enough to at least intimate us about this maintenance in advance. We had lot of office meetings scheduled so we had to cancel them all because of the connectivity issue. Very pathetic service. Flat number 704 hiya regency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder has forced us to use cable and Internet connection of Rashi cable. As we do not have any option we had to opt for the same. Internet and cable charges are too expensive. Do not have online portal for any kind of services. Always have to call them. No firm document for Internet and cable charges. They enable packages as per their choice and then ask for additional money to enable previously asked packages. Within three days, Internet has been down once without any intimation due to mantainance. Would not recommend anyone to opt for the same.
I am told there is no online portal. It will be available from next month. If available please share details so that everyone can avail.
When asked about enabled packages, executive informed me details shared are older. We have new rates in place which I never received. Please share package details

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder has forced us to use cable and Internet connection of Rashi cable. As we do not have any option we had to opt for the same. Internet and cable charges are expensive as compared and very very pathetic.Every Saturday Sunday they have the issue of maintenance and need to connect with them and the worst part is they are least bothered to resolve the issue. Also there Customer service people talks like they are giving us a favour by picking up the call.Many times asked to get us connected with a senior person who can resolve the problem but God knows where they are busy as they doesn't come on a call.
No accountability portals like payments and intimations and when they share the link it doesn't work. Most unprofessional kind of cable operator/service provider as they don't respond and do anything.
This rating is given only as we don't have an option of giving ZERO rating.
Answer to your reply is : There is no Intimation from your side that the plan is expiring/expired...Secondly we had requested to send the calculation we make for monthly charges and Lumpsum payments made , which surely is more than your monthly charges and how the plans have expired before due date ,but non of you had bothered to do that....Still we are awaiting for the calculations and ledgers and Technicians.
