One should see this that entire society should opt for other providers in Mira Rd.. Poor better close off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad technical aswell as customer service. Monthly Payments made to the collection boy never matches with accountants. They keep blocking my service due to non payment of monthly charge when actually the fact is my payments are always in advance for 3 months. Phone keeps ringing and the person responsible to reconnect the service is never on his seat. They are quick to disconnect the service at odd times which indicates they are trying to harass customers. God knows whats wrong with them...

However, after I made the payment online and sent the transaction reference number on the whatsapp number of Unique Cable, the service was restored within 3-4 minutes . Would specially like to thank Mr. Dhairya from Unique Cable for the prompt response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff who themselves are not aware about their own particular work. They don't deserve even a single customer to be honest because they hardly respect any. Forget about worst Customer service, They actually don't give any. Too deceptive and will fool you. No source to even file a complaint against them. If you are looking for getting a service from them, kindly DON'T! You will regret it. And if you are already an existing customer, just get rid of them. I swear they deserve NO customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad staff of this unique cabel!!! They dont have manners to talk with their clients, the girl who picks up the call doesn't have any Manners to talk . In a week more than 3-4 days the cable is not working properly especially on sundays and when we cal they just “ok we will do something” but then they don't do anything thing. They just sit and rest rather than making their clients comfort.
Hilarious staff!!!!!!!
