Staff is extremely rude and unapologetic of their mistakes.
Our service is blocked since last 15 days and even after repeated calls it's not fixed.
Eagerly awaiting Reliance Jiodish service to lick out such unprofessional local operators from the market.

Since a new person is handling the Internet business the owners are not bothered about the customers or the service provided by them. Everyday the internet is down for some reason or the other. My suggestion is not to take their services . I am stuck because of the money that i have already paid to them. Next renewal from my side is a Big No

They don't respond to your call or texts, you always have to go down to there shop to complaint, still you get vague answers. They take customers for granted. People are stuck using their services as there is no other service provider near by. It's awful how they treat their customers. If you have an option choose other internet provider over this third class service
