★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm having one of the worst customer support from Rashi peripherals and it's division RP tech.
Nobody ever answers there 3 main lines, it's always the IVR that'll be connected to.
And if ever you get connected to the assistance, they always have an update that all are busy.
It just can't be that all are busy at same time.
I wanted to enquire about one of the founders edition card and it's been over a month I'm trying to connect them (Rashi peripherals and RP tech) but no response.
This is really not expected from a official nvidia GeForce dealer.
If they don't reply even before buying the card, it makes very obvious that they won't reply to you even after selling the product to you for any kind of customer service and support.
Nvidia really needs to think over this. They really might lose a lot of loyal customers because of such things.
