Total 3 platform there. Stall on the station and also entering place.
Waiting room are there...lift is also available for passengers. Ticket room is also neat. Overall Nicely maintained.⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good but there is no separate AC waiting room.Its too clean but and environment is also good.Be careful from auto driver...they charges high but actual charges are 20-30 ruppes in sharing auto from highway.

A peaceful station area, surrounded by greenery.
A Beautiful hand painted Warli designs on the walls of this Railway Station made the station platforms more beautiful.
But the only bad thing is the all escalators from station area are not in working condition from a very long time.
Traveling to main Ratnagiri city from railway station through Auto rickshaw is costlier than cost of your train ticket as the station is 6-7km away from the main city.

Fulfills all the basic facilities- clean toilets, sheds for seating, cold water coolers, elevators, etc. One can expect good services throughout the year and a great experience travelling. Locals also use this to travel, hence can get a little bit crowded sometimes, but is manageable.

Washroom Canteen and stalls facility available.
In correct announcement for boggiee position so make sure to check
Gap between platform and train is more.
