★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store has a nice interiors. It has limited options after the upgradation of the store. Previously it use to have lots of options. Staff is also not that help full. Ladies collection is better then mens. Its has multiple brands but limited stock in each brand also. Over all i would give store a rating of 3

If you get your footwear and if for any reasons it breaks...the brand is not going to exchange it even when in warranty period..also the repair works is soo slow...it takes 60 days to repair your footwear and post repair..it can again break in 2 days...after which you have to again keep them with the store for 2 long months! Bata is soooo damn good...they just give you a new pair if your footwear breaks within the warranty period!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst place to buy shoes from. No reliability. No sense of respect, of how to tackle or talk to customers. No credibility at all. I bought crocs, worth 4000, and before leaving I told them that if the size doesn't match, I'll get it exchanged the other day. They agreed to it. The new wear that I purchasedf was 3500. They weren't ready at all to return the 500 rupees ! Had it been told to us previously only then we would've reconsidered it, instead they kept forcing us to buy their products saying that they can't refund any amount. So if I bought something else and the total sums up to 470, still they won't refund 30 ! That is ridiculous. There's no written law stating the same. The behaviour and reluctancy of the manager to help us out with the issue has really let me down. The behaviour, the bizzare rule and overall experience was bad. Will never recommend anyone else.

AVOID THIS BRAND AND STORE!!!!
Their product lasted only first 10 mins of use.
Their staff behaviour and after sales service are worst than a roadside vendor, Only good and rosy until you buy the product and pay them.
