★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to gift my brother a shoe on his birthday. Visited the store. Was attended by a lady who had no clue about the shoes I was looking for nor the prices. She later called in someone (probably the store manager). I wanted basic walking shoes to which hr pitched me high end products. The product I wanted was available online, but wanted to see it physically before buying it. To which he claimed that those products aren't available here and if bought online the quality won't be that good. Inshort he wanted me to go for the high end product. Really disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small outlet not much of option. The lady at the counter while buying the product said we do no give the shoe box along, which was was very unclear to me. I then asked her if I had to return within warranty period, how would you keep a track. Only after that she made a call to someone and gave us a shoe box to carry along.

Staff is a mix, some are really knowledgeable and helpful
Others are alright. Didn't had much product knowledge or about the stock.
We liked one pair but the store didn't have a size in it and straight out refused that it's unavailable anywhere without checking.
I ordered the same shoe from skechers.in while standing in the store.
Other than that, bough 4 awesome pairs

Walking shoes, runnig, trainig and many more casual shoes to choy from. The staff is really helpful. You get some great deals during the sale seasons.
