There is no number system, server is nearly always down.
Normally you have to take holiday or wait 4-5 hours minimum for home registration as only one system. Person will be lucky if his registration is done in 2 hours.
No washroom, very minimal sitting arrangements, very few places and no parking space

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good, work is fast enough. Staff is cooperative. The overall work ethics are proper and very efficient.
Covid norms are taken care of but then the place needs to look after the cleanliness as well. Seating arrangement is very well made to accommodate people.
Location accessibility is good. Nearby important shops are also available in case people miss out taking photocopies they can easily get it done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service..worst registrar office in whole world..also there is bribe going on..if u have connection then ur work will be done within half an HR ..else it takes 2 days for a normal person as they give excuses of server down/net slow,etc..pathetic..paying so much for registeration and stamp duty and this pathetic service

Only limited receipt registration done.
Working system is very slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small area. No space for social distancing. Limited chair available inside but not as per covid guidelines. Upto 20 person can sit inside rest more than 50 people have to stand outside in summer. There is nearby garden where 3-4 seats r available.
