★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every one gives good ratings because of locality but as a customer, I will give some insight about this builder.
One suggestion is, never ever buy any property from reliaable builder, no matter what they offer.
Never ever buy any plots from reliaable builders. We bought some plots from them in nearby project almost 4 years ago but so far still amenity works are pending for a very very long time even though we are tracking with this cheating company.
Do not invest your money with this builder, better buy from some other builders nearby.
As an existing reliaable customer, I would strongly suggest you not to waste your money else like our society people, you have to run behind them once you paid money.
They will never full fill the promised work at any time since they are known for rotating money across their other projects and if you go to their museum road office, no one takes proper ownership since they switch project head also between other projects more often to avoid issues.
Since 2014, we are struggling with this builder but so far they have not completed 50% of promised work though we paid full money.
Please stay away from reliaable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet and serene place to live in. Hardly 2.5kms from Outer Ring Road-Sarjapur road very convenient for people in IT, close to several business place, markets, malls, schools, colleges etc . It has fully developed plots with all decent amenities.
