★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons: Some Staffs (reception and report delivery section)are rude and often don't tell you proactively/correctly any important details like when will be the reports available, if CD of USG is provided or not, if you have to come in empty stomach or not. They even misbehave with people. For a single normal blood report had to wait for 10days as they were unsure if the the report came or not which usually takes 1day. Slightly costly than other diagonistic centres.
Pros: But there are competent technicians and Doctors. Report generated is well accepted by the doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rates are double than any other diagnostic centre . Billing procedure is also not clear. Moreover they don't provide female attendant for female patients .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not follow sequence for the patients. The serial number of patients is not clear. If you ask about your serial number, they don't tell and divert the topic. They might call you at 8:30 am and leave you after 11 - 11:30 am (this happened with me and my wife today). This would be my last visit to Reliance diagnostic centre. I am afraid this centre does not have proper management at all. Still waiting to get my turn. Different persons reply you differently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the popular Diagnostic labs in Kolkata. They offer 1000 different tests that includes blood, urine, ultrasounds (abdomen and pelvis), stole etc. It also include all the regular tests. The pricing of the tests are really minimum compared to other diagnosis centres such as Apollo. It starts at 8 A.M. in the morning and closes at 8 P. M. The laboratory provides home delivery of reports and all the reports can be reached at their official report portal. They provide quick reporting. They have a good number of staff who are ready to help. Only difficulty with the lab is the seating arrangement. They have a very compact waiting lounge and also lacks parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Blood test guys never turn up on time. Their collection guys are so casual that they can kill patient. My husband a diabetic patient. Even after 12.30 hours they are casual about pick up of sample. You will hear same excuse cycle damage. Can you trust their blood report. Never trust them. So much into money making that they can't keep more collection guys. The owner is making a great money by giving such services.
