★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. LIES ON EVERY SENTENCE.
Every item I have bought from them and very expensive items- Fridge , microwave, Washer/dryer haven’t been repaired by them for almost a year in spite of warranty. Every item breaks down within a year of buying. Microwave took one year to fix. Fridge is not foxed already more than 1 year.
We actually overheard a training they were doing in store on speaker phone where they were told- “don’t listen when customer complains thats all they do, just ignore them”
Never buying from them again. The worst place to get electronics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big showroom for all electronic items. Automatic thermal scanner installed, so didn't have to wait for temperature to be checked. Also their staff immediately ask of assistance is required and gladly help. Wide variety of products available with options. Like all reliance shops, customer service is amazing. Decent discount is given but amazing offers on credit cards available.
Top floor dedicated only for washing machine and refrigerator.
Ground floor for all other electronics like TV, laptop, mobile, iron etc and their accessories.
Should be visited of planning to buy any electronic item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go to place to buy electronics. Great choices and good service. They give you a great bargain if you know how to ask. Our entire family buys stuff from Reliance Digital, Juhu. This place never fails. If they can figure car parking, it will be even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place for options in refrigerator, air conditioner, chimney n hob.
Location wise was very easy to locate as its just at the signal.
Had high expectations as per options n price.
So coming to the options. They have a vast variety for refrigerators
But when it comes to chimney n hob. They only have 2 companies, with a fewer options to select from.
Air conditioners also have a decent option to choose from.
When you compare the pricing. Pricing again is the same as other competitors.
If you check their website there you have more options in hob m chimney. Whereas in store they only have Elica n Faber.
Very disappointed with the in-store display.
Staff seemed less confident n interested in serving.
Questions were answered but not all.
The staff showing me options left in between as had to attend something else even more important.
