★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I'm looking to purchase a Sony TV, the salesman is persistent on selling the LG TV. He has least interest in describing the features of the Sony TV. This is a serious side-effect of commission based appreciation. Not a very good experience visiting the store. I faced the same thing in Shipra Mall's Reliance Digital outlet.
Maybe this should be looked into by the management team before the salesman start becoming obnoxious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much upto the mark. Half of the product on display is out of stock. Hardly they have any lucrative offers.
BEWARE: AFTER SALES SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER. Demo/installation/service they will make you cry. I had to fix my ACs outdoor unit all by myself as they denied to install it.
They force you to purchase extended warranty and other insurances, but again be cautious, their support services are also pathetic.

Offers on products are good however prices are comparably on the higher if compared to online. Overall a good experience and will recommend this place for sure.
