★ ★ ★ ★ ★ well attended by executives when contacted for jio fiber. I am sad to know that after completion of 2 years of introduction of jio fiber, it has to reach many buildings in my area (Tilak Nagar, Kurla. And installation not at sight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jio has become very unresponsive and disinterested. The toll free number, is just not reachable, for any assistance whatsoever. The staff at their galleries, are far too high handed in solving issues, as well. Time to step up Jio!! I hope Mr Ambani is listening!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel cheated , Their Staff Mr. Ghulam Ali ( Asst manager J C home Mumbai Ward L 10 ) is very careless person , after taking 6 months advance fees from me he promised me that my Jio fiber connection will be done by evening . In evening no one turned up , when i called him up he started giving lame execuses and promised it will be done today itself but again later on he started ignoring my calls and later on switched off his phone . I have lost my money without any connection , this is just fraud. I m very much frustrated and feel cheated.

They are not at all bothered about customer service. From installation to attending customers, their service is pathetically pathetic.
1 star is still high for them, I would rate it negatively.
