★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner's Association here is a mess! They harass tenants for everything!
They illegally charge 4000 Rs just to move in and another 4000 to move out. No one will not tell you this upfront. No one will ever explain to you the reason behind these charges. Also, they go miles to ensure differentiation between the owners and tenants. You have to pay 100 Rs. Extra for a parking sticker if you are a tenant and wait for it... this is a differentiated sticker for them to identify tenants' car easily... Owner's sticker is different. Not sure what exactly the association is trying to achieve by doing this.
Owners are extremely intolerant. They will harass you if you are a tenant. You cant walk "Loudly", you cant keep shoe racks outside the apartment in the common area "Owner's can!!!!"
Please don't even think of renting this place!! Apartments are okay though, its a shame these associations have made the place unlivable.
I am glad i moved out of this place, hopefully this helps
