1. Good security system
2 Society is clean
3 Many playing areas
4. Gym for adult
5.Good house

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Architect is good and the layout looks modern. I was staying in rent so decided to buy ready to movein 3BHK due to overall plan.
But the real issue is pathetic CRM. It will give you a feeling of having to deal with cheats and liars.
The handover was delayed for a ready to move in flat. Delivery with broken and deeply and very long stretch of deeply scratched holed tiles in living room- CRM doesnt solve and drags you till you break down. Same feedback from all owners. (I didnt know before buying).
Recent one- CRM did messy 2nd Phase Parking allotment and most owners dont have parking not under your tower and many are two towers(200ft walk) far or under seeping pipelines. No respect of owners advices as architecture can support better parking execution. Heavy handed responses by CRM head and below par intelligence/analysis to accept possible solutions to their messup.
Friendly advice- If you are desperate to buy at ROW , pick a resale one it shall be sorted out unit.- Dont buy from builder, he will under deliver wrt all possible commitment and degrade your experience to unimaginable level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment complex is really good. It has lot of open space. Good part is there is no cross over of pedestrians and vehicles, so you can leave ur kids to walk freely without worry of being overrun by any vehicle. All vehicles have separate entrance to basement area.
But bad part is they are not able to maintain their STP properly and there will be foul smell all the time in Basement car parking. Inspite of multiple complaints they are not able to resolve it and seems Divyasree doesn't have intention too. Once they sell remaining flats, then it'll be headache of residents.
So beaware of this fact before booking a flat. I don't see any reviews complaining about this. Probably because all the prospective owners wouldn't have visited Basement parking areas.
I'm a resident here and every time in the morning and evening, while going and returning from office, i get the privilege to inhale sewage smell and i paid 1cr for this privilege. Thanks to Divyasree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic apartment community. Large open spaces and plenty of amenities. Lots of fine dining around which is empty on weekends so good isolated place which is extra quiet on the weekends. No major roads surrounding the property so no polluyand no traffic noise as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a beautiful and newly built apartment in Whitefield. There is a lot of space available for outdoor and indoor sports. You have two swimming pools, one is outdoors and the other one is in the clubhouse.
We lived on the 9th floor so the view was great for us. The houses are built in a way that there is enough sunlight in all the rooms throughout the day. Also the society is pet friendly with two pet parks (1 small and 1 big). As the apartment is inside the tech park there is nothing at a walkable distance so you need to go outside in a car for small errands. There is a pharmacy and a grocery store in the basement so it is convenient.
