★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad and unethical developer. I regret to trust this developer.
I wanted to buy ground floor patio unit, but developer said to me in 2020 that they are not available, will only be made available to buyer when entire project is about to complete, they promised me they will inform me whenever patio units are ready to purchase. This made me buy higher level unit (09). However when I recently enquired about patio unit availability, they said all units are sold out to management people and now not available to purchase. Such a unethical developer.
Secondly I bought my unit in developer linked payment plan. They showed and promised me that payment milestones will be respected. However soon after agreement, they start asking money for milestones which are very ahead in future (more than a year early), stating reason that because that milestone is reached, you must pay. This made me under immense financial hardship and pressure.
I should have never trusted such cheap class developer. This is one hard lesson learned.

2. The main advantage of this property is it's location and connectivity.
3. One of the other differentiating feature is their design/architecture and better space utilisation.
4. Amenities offered are good.
5. Model flat and it's interior is top notch.
6. It has reasonable number of total units so that it won't feel like crowded.
7. The construction quality and speed is very good.
8. Would be better if they allow minor customisations of flat.
Thanks to Jayesh for his professional & cooperative attitude in guiding us with this property.
So far so good, excited for the possession!

The emphasis on high utilisation area and open views for all flats along with its advantaged location makes it an excellent choice for property buyers in Whitefield. Mr Jayesh from the sales team did a very commendable job in showcasing the model flat, the actual under construction property, elaborating all the details related to the property and making the buying experience very smooth and trustworthy.

We also liked the modal flat, the area utilisation in the flat is very efficient. We looked many flats before this but this one impressed us a lot. I am also satisfied with the build quality of the flat.
Lastly I would like to thank Mr. Jayesh from sales team for helping us and answering all our queries with patience and enthusiasm. He explained the project to us with a very customer centric attitude which helped us to take the decision.

My recommendation is, this is a must visit place if you are looking for buying house in Whitefield. Spectra team has not compromised on quality and given utmost importance to customer needs. They have model flat available (one of the best) which will give you an idea on how spacious their design is and quality that is maintained . My experience had been very pleasant, thanks to Mr Jayesh for helping me out end to end and clarifying all the questions. Thanks to Mr Vishal for driving this project and helping me fulfill my dream of so called a truly "dream home".
