★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was looking to purchase a new car, one of the first places I went to was the Renault Kalyan Nagar Showroom. I went in not knowing what to expect from the experience - especially after listening to various stories of over selling car salesmen and under delivering dealerships. Renault Kalyan Nagar was very different from these stories.
From the very first step into their showroom, they provided best-in-class service and hospitality. Within the first couple of minutes of being ushered in and welcomed, they assigned a sales consultant to me - Anil
Anil gave us a detailed overview of our options, asked us about our usage and preferences. Even the fact that we had a dog featured in his list of checkpoints. He helped us zero in on a Duster and explained all the touch points in detail. He also told us about the Renault anniversary sale and helped us get the best price on our ride.
After we left the showroom, he organized a test drive for us at a time convenient for us. Throughout the test drive, he kept educating us about all the features and functionalities of the car. He is very knowledgeable about cars - everything from engine to ergonomics.
After we decided to purchase the car, he helped us exchange our old car and get a good price for it. Simultaneously, he and his team organized the finance aspect of the purchase. All of this was done seamlessly. While putting the order through, I had a couple of requests which Anil helped bring through.
With all the paperwork in place, the delivery of my car was still getting delayed. This was because of an issue with the RTO server - car registered, but no registration number showing up. I bothered Anil several times in the space of 3 weeks, but he took all my calls very politely and followed up with the RTO until the registration number came through. After that, it took Renault Kalyan Nagar just 24 hours to ready my car.
The handoff was very smooth as well. All the paperwork was in place, app configured, car looking great. The showroom folks completed all the formalities including handing us the big key :). Finally, they wished us good luck and sent us our way.
Although the entire business took just 1 month - from the day we first stepped into the showroom to the day we got the car - the showroom folks and Anil in particular left a lasting impression on us. Definitely visit these guys when you want to buy your next car, cause I know I will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a Kwid (About 2-3 weeks ago) and we were absolutely delighted with the experience. Right from the time we stepped into the showroom to explore, we were guided very well by one of their sales consultants, Sharath who was patient and understood our needs and then suggested accordingly, by proving all the relevant information which helped in faster and easier decision making.
This was our first AMT car and with Sharath's guidance we made the right call of choosing an AMT vehicle which is primarily for city commute. We also loved the way we had the test drive where Sharath guided us through different terrains to test and explore the comfort that the Kwid provides, not just on tar roads but also on no roads.
And the icing on the cake was that we needed the vehicle in about a weeks time and Sharath and the team at Trident Renault ensured that all the necessary formalities such as registration, insurance and everything related was done well and advance and we got the vehicle as promised. A huge thanks for everyone at Trident Renault for making this purchase that much smoother.
We'd surely recommend visiting Trident Kalyan Nagar for an exceptional experience.
